Program, qualify, load, and operate automated and semi-automated rework equipment; own equipment readiness and capability metrics. Lead triage of non-conforming PCBAs, drive root-cause resolution, and implement preventative actions with measurable reductions in rework rates. Own resolution of production rework issues while safeguarding design integrity, product quality, and delivery timelines. Own the successful transition of rework processes and tooling from development to high-volume production, including training and documentation handoff. Identify, prioritize, and deliver continuous improvement projects that improve rework yield, performance, and time.
