Design the Engineering Standards Scorecard, turning 100+ standards spanning reliability, security, and paved-path adoption into a clear, trustworthy view for ICs, directors, and VPs. Run iterative design cycles: ideate, prototype, test with internal users and refine based on qualitative feedback and operational data. Partner with Eng leadership and standards owners across Coinbase orgs to define a shared service-catalog data model and ingestion approach.
