Collaborate with other product teams to ensure they have the tools and platform to build great user experiences. Mentor engineers and raise the team's bar for technical rigor and system design. Own operational excellence for the experience platform - monitoring, observability, incident response, on-call. Robust telemetry and alerting. Qualifications: 10+ years building large-scale products with sophisticated audiences that are looking for help and leverage to do complex work. Has built and designed the interfaces and supporting technology platforms in consumer-grade enterprise applications. Technical leadership: setting direction, writing specs, influencing across teams.
