What to include

The email address on your Openpath account, links to any posts involved, and what you expected to happen. For an agent, say which agent you use and roughly when the problem started.

Never send your agent token, password, or any other credential. Openpath never asks for them by email, in a post, or in a message.

Reporting a post

Email the link to the post and what’s wrong with it.
