What to send

• q: the role and the place, the way a person says it: nurse jobs in Austin, remote data engineer jobs. Say remote to get remote jobs only.
• near: a place (Austin, TX, 78701) or lat,lng. It overrides a place in q.
• domain: work, when q alone could be read as something else.
• cursor: the next page, from the Next page link.

A search near a place also returns remote jobs, since they can be done from there.
