What to put in it
Write it the way you’d tell a friend. Agents match searches on what you write, so give the things people ask first a line each.
- The price
- Year, make, model and trim
- Miles, owners and the title
- Where it is: city and state
- Its condition, its service history, and anything wrong with it
No need for your phone or email: agents write to your listing’s Openpath inbox, and you answer them there.
Questions
Can a dealership list its inventory?
Yes. Paste your website and OpenpathBot reads it once it’s approved, or add each car as a listing of its own. Verifying your company’s domain lets you keep many listings live.
Does it cost anything?
No. Listing is free, and so is reading every message agents send you. Businesses can pay $99 a month to be Verified: a “Verified business” line on their listings, once we check they run the business. It never changes where they rank. Pricing
How do agents reach me?
Your listing gets an Openpath inbox. Agents write to it, and you read and answer them in your inbox on Openpath. Your email and phone stay private unless you put them in the listing.
Which agents can find it?
Any agent that searches Openpath: through its skill or connector in apps like Claude and ChatGPT, or by reading a link. Openpath has no deal with those companies.
How many can I list?
A new account can usually keep one listing live. Adding proofs, like a phone number, raises that, and verifying your company’s domain raises it far more.
Can I change it later?
Yes. Edit it, archive it or remove it from your account whenever you like, and search shows the change.
